Ingredients

3/4 ozAkvavit/Aquavit
3/4 ozCachaça
3/4 ozUnderberg
6 pieceRaspberries
3/4 ozPineapple juice
3/4 ozLime juice
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)

Instructions

  1. Fill a poco Grande glass with ice.
  2. Add raspberries to a shaker and muddle gently.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to the shaker.
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Strain into the prepared glass.
  6. Garnish with an empty underberg bottle, a raspberry, a mint sprig, a dried pineapple wedge and a lime slice.
