3/4 ozAkvavit/Aquavit
3/4 ozCachaça
3/4 ozUnderberg
6 pieceRaspberries
3/4 ozPineapple juice
3/4 ozLime juice
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
Instructions
- Fill a poco Grande glass with ice.
- Add raspberries to a shaker and muddle gently.
- Add remaining ingredients to the shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with an empty underberg bottle, a raspberry, a mint sprig, a dried pineapple wedge and a lime slice.
