  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except peated whiskey to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Float peated whiskey on top.
  6. Garnish with a mini christmas cake.
