

Ingredients
1 1/2 ozScotch whisky
1/4 barspoonScotch whiskey (peated)
1 ozFino sherry
3/4 ozAdvocaat liqueur
1/4 ozYellow Chartreuse
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add all ingredients except peated whiskey to a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Float peated whiskey on top.
- Garnish with a mini christmas cake.
