1 1/2 ozBourbon whiskey
1/2 ozScotch whiskey (peated)
1 ozLapsang Souchong
1/2 ozLapsang Souchong syrup
to topClub soda
Instructions
- Chill a highball glass.
- Add all ingredients except the club soda to a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
- Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
- Top with club soda and stir gently.
- Garnish with an orange peel twist.
