Ingredients

1 1/2 ozScotch whiskey (peated)
4 ozSparkling apple juice

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon peel twist and a lemon slice.
