Ingredients

1 1/2 ozBlanco tequila
1/2 ozOloroso sherry
1 ozEspresso
1/2 ozCoffee liqueur
1/4 ozLemon oleo saccharum
5 dropSaline solution 4:1
3 dashOrange bitters
3 dashXocolatl mole bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with grated chocolate orange.
