3/4 ozReposado tequila
3/4 ozPassionfruit liqueur
3/4 ozLime juice
1/2 ozVanilla syrup
1/2 ozPassion fruit puree
0.5Egg white
Instructions
- Chill a nick & Nora glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a verdita shot on the side.
