Ingredients

2 ozVodka
1/2 barspoonWhite balsamic vinegar
1/2 ozLemon juice
3 pieceCherry tomato
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
2 dropSaline solution 4:1

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add cherry tomato to a shaker and muddle gently.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to the shaker.
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a ground black pepper and a cherry tomato.
