1/2 barspoonWhite balsamic vinegar
1/2 ozLemon juice
3 pieceCherry tomato
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
2 dropSaline solution 4:1
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add cherry tomato to a shaker and muddle gently.
- Add remaining ingredients to the shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a ground black pepper and a cherry tomato.
