Ingredients

1 1/2 ozVanilla vodka
3/4 ozElderflower cordial
3/4 ozLemon juice
0.2 pieceRed chili pepper

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Muddle chili in the base of a shaker.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to a shaker.
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a lemon peel twist.
