Ingredients

3/4 ozWhite rum
3/4 ozVodka
1/4 ozBlue Curaçao liqueur
2 ozPineapple juice
3/4 ozCream
3/4 ozCoconut cream

Instructions

  1. Chill a poco Grande glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except blue Curaçao to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Float blue Curaçao on top.
  6. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
