Ingredients

1 1/2 ozSake
1/2 ozPlum sake
1/2 ozMirabelle eau-de-vie
2 dashPlum bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a Nick and Nora glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with red grapes and icing sugar.
