1 1/4 ozReposado tequila
2 1/2 ozDry cider
1 barspoonGreen Chartreuse
3/4 ozLime juice
1/4 ozVanilla syrup
1/4 ozGinger syrup
Instructions
- Chill a collins glass.
- Add all ingredients except the dry cider to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
- Top with dry cider and stir gently.
- Garnish with an apple slice.
