Ingredients

3/4 ozBrandy
1/2 ozGrand Marnier
1/4 ozMaraschino syrup
to topSparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Chill a flute glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except the sparkling wine to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with sparkling wine and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
