1 ozDry cider
1/4 ozApricot liqueur
1 1/4 ozApple brandy
1/2 ozLemon juice
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)
1 ozGinger beer
Instructions
- Chill a collins glass.
- Add all ingredients except the dry cider and ginger beer to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
- Top with dry cider and ginger beer and stir gently.
- Garnish with a lime slice and a candied ginger.
