2 dashAngostura bitters
3 ozSparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Chill a flute glass.
  2. Place the sugar cube in a flute and soak it with the bitters and Grand Marnier.
  3. Add brandy, then top with sparkling wine.
  4. Garnish with orange zest and maraschino cherry.
