  1. Chill a highball glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except the ginger beer to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with a mint, a ginger slice and a dried lime slice.
