Ingredients

1 ozGin
1/2 ozMaraschino liqueur
1/4 ozTriple sec
1/4 ozBénédictine
4 ozPineapple juice
1/2 ozLime juice
1/4 ozGrenadine
1 dashAngostura bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a hurricane glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
