1 1/2 ozGin
6 pieceBasil leaves
2 ozPineapple juice
1/2 ozLemongrass cordial
1/2 ozPassion fruit syrup
to topTonic water
Instructions
- Chill a collins glass.
- Add basil leaves to a shaker and muddle gently.
- Add all ingredients except the tonic water to the shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
- Top with tonic water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a basil leaf.
