Ingredients

1 1/2 ozGin
6 pieceBasil leaves
2 ozPineapple juice
1/2 ozLemongrass cordial
1/2 ozPassion fruit syrup
to topTonic water

Instructions

  1. Chill a collins glass.
  2. Add basil leaves to a shaker and muddle gently.
  3. Add all ingredients except the tonic water to the shaker.
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  6. Top with tonic water and stir gently.
  7. Garnish with a basil leaf.
