Ingredients

2 ozWhite rum
1/4 ozCampari
3 pieceSage leaves
3/4 ozPineapple juice
1/2 ozPink grapefruit juice
1/2 ozHoney syrup

Instructions

  1. Chill a Nick and Nora glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a dried grapefruit slice and a sage leaf.
