2 ozAgricole rhum
1/4 ozWhite Crème de menthe
4 pieceMint leaves
1 ozLime juice
2 barspoonsSimple syrup (2:1)
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add simple syrup, lime juice to a shaker and stir to combine.
- Add agricole rhum, White crème de menthe, mint leaves and ice, then shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
