1 1/2 ozWhite rum
1/2 ozDark Crème de cacao
1/4 ozGalliano liqueur
1 barspoonFennel seeds
3/4 ozLime juice
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Muddle the fennel seeds gently in the base of a shaker.
- Add simple syrup (2:1), lime juice to a shaker and stir to dissolve.
- Add all remaining ingredients and ice, then shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a cocoa powder rim.
