Ingredients

1 ozScotch whisky
1 ozMezcal
3/4 ozOrgeat syrup
3/4 ozLime juice
2 dashCelery bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass and prepare it with a salt rim.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a lime twist.
