Ingredients

2 ozWhite rum
1/2 barspoonYellow Chartreuse
1/2 ozLemon juice
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)
1 dashAngostura bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over the ice in the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig, lemon peel twist, and a maraschino cherry.
