1/2 barspoonYellow Chartreuse
1/2 ozLemon juice
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)
1 dashAngostura bitters
Instructions
- Chill an old-fashioned glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain over the ice in the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a mint sprig, lemon peel twist, and a maraschino cherry.
