Instructions
- Muddle mint leaves in the bottom of a highball glass.
- Add all remaining ingredients except the sparkling wine to the glass.
- Add ice and stir until well chilled.
- Top with sparkling wine and stir gently.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wheel.
