Ingredients

2 ozGold rum
8 pieceMint leaves
1/2 ozLime juice
1/4 ozPassionfruit liqueur
1 piecePassion fruit
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)

Instructions

  1. Fill a collins glass with ice.
  2. Add mint leaves, passion fruit to the glass and muddle gently.
  3. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  4. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  5. Strain into the prepared glass.
  6. Garnish with a passion fruit and a mint sprig.
