2 ozGold rum
8 pieceMint leaves
1/2 ozLime juice
1/4 ozPassionfruit liqueur
1 piecePassion fruit
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
Instructions
- Fill a collins glass with ice.
- Add mint leaves, passion fruit to the glass and muddle gently.
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
- Strain into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a passion fruit and a mint sprig.
