1 1/4 ozGold rum
3/4 ozCherry brandy
14 pieceMint leaves
1/2 ozLime juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
1/2 ozClub soda
Instructions
- Muddle mint leaves in the bottom of a collins glass.
- Add all remaining ingredients except the club soda to the glass.
- Add ice and stir until well chilled.
- Top with club soda and stir gently.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wheel.
