Ingredients

2 ozScotch whisky
1 ozSweet vermouth
8 dashAbbott's bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Express the oils from an orange twist over the drink and discard.
  6. Garnish with an orange twist and a maraschino cherry.
