Ingredients

1 1/2 ozRose petal liqueur
1 piecePeach
1/2 ozLemon juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
to topSparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Chill a collins glass.
  2. Add peach to a shaker and muddle gently.
  3. Add all ingredients except the sparkling wine to the shaker.
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Double strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  6. Top with sparkling wine and stir gently.
  7. Garnish with a peach wedge.
