1 1/2 ozWhite rum
3/4 ozAmbrato vermouth
3/4 ozLemon juice
3/4 ozSimple syrup (1:1)
3 dashCelery bitters
Instructions
- Chill a Nick and Nora glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with an islay whisky mist.
