Ingredients

1 1/2 ozBrandy
3/4 ozGold rum
1/2 ozTawny port
1/2 ozGrand Marnier
1/4 ozMaraschino liqueur
1 1/2 ozOrange juice
1 piecePineapple

Instructions

  1. Fill a collins glass with ice.
  2. Muddle the pineapple in the base of a shaker.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients except port to the shaker.
  4. Shake with ice until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Strain into the preparred glass.
  6. Float port on top and garnish with raspberries.
