1 1/2 ozBrandy
3/4 ozGold rum
1/2 ozTawny port
1/2 ozGrand Marnier
1/4 ozMaraschino liqueur
1 1/2 ozOrange juice
1 piecePineapple
Instructions
- Fill a collins glass with ice.
- Muddle the pineapple in the base of a shaker.
- Add all remaining ingredients except port to the shaker.
- Shake with ice until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain into the preparred glass.
- Float port on top and garnish with raspberries.
