Ingredients

1/2 ozGin
1 ozAmontillado sherry
1 ozMeletti Amaro
1/4 ozChili liqueur
4 dashChocolate bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain over the ice in the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with an orange peel twist and a candied fresh ginger.
