Ingredients

1 ozPisco
1 barspoonFino sherry
1/2 ozWhite crème de cacao
1/4 ozSauvignon blanc

Instructions

  1. Chill a Nick and Nora glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Fine Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Express orange zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
  6. Garnish with an orange peel twist and white chocolate.
