Ingredients

1 ozVodka
1 ozMastiha liqueur
1/4 ozLemon juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
2 dashCreole bitters
1 barspoonPink peppercorns

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Muddle the pink peppercorns gently in the base of a shaker.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients to the shaker.
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a pink peppercorns.
