Ingredients

1/2 ozBrandy
1 ozPear and cognac liqueur
1/2 ozPoire William
1/4 ozLimoncello liqueur
3/4 ozPear juice

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a pear wedge and a pear drop hard candy.
