1/2 ozBrandy
1/2 ozPeach schnapps
1/4 ozLemon juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
1 ozBlack tea
Instructions
- Chill a collins glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and a peach wedge.
