

Ingredients
1 1/4 ozBlanco tequila
1/4 ozCherry brandy
3/4 ozLime juice
3/4 ozPineapple syrup
0.5Egg white
2 dashAngostura bitters
2 dashChocolate bitters
to topClub soda
Instructions
- Chill a highball glass.
- Add all ingredients except the club soda to a shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
- Top with club soda and stir gently.
- Garnish with a dried pineapple wedge, a lime slice and a maraschino cherry.
