Ingredients

1 ozBrandy
1 barspoonCherry brandy
1 ozFino sherry
1 twistLemon peel
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, a maraschino cherry and an orange slice.
