Ingredients

1/4 ozGin
1 1/4 ozDry vermouth
1/4 ozKirschwasser
1 dashAbsinthe
1 barspoonGroseille syrup

Instructions

  1. Chill a Nick and Nora glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with redcurrants.
