Ingredients

2 ozBrandy
1/2 ozBoiling water
1 cubeBrown sugar
1 dashAngostura bitters
2 dashChocolate bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add brown sugar to a mixing glass and muddle gently.
  3. Add water and stir to disolve.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and ice then stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  5. Strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a flamed orange peel twist.
