Ingredients

2 ozScotch whisky
to topChilled water

Instructions

  1. Fill a collins glass with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients except the chilled water to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Top with chilled water and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with a lemon peel twist and a mint sprig.
