Ingredients

1 ozPink grapefruit juice
1 1/2 ozGold rum
3/4 ozHoney syrup
2 dashAngostura bitters

Instructions

  1. Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice.
  2. Add honey syrup, pink grapefruit juice to a shaker and stir to dissolve.
  3. Add Overproof gold rum, Angostura bitters and ice, then shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
