1 ozPineapple juice
1/2 ozLemon juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)

Instructions

  1. Chill a sling glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender with ice.
  3. Blend until smooth and pour into the prepared glass.
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig.
