1/2 ozPeach schnapps
10 pieceMint leaves
1 1/2 ozPineapple juice
3/4 ozLime juice
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add all ingredients to a blender with ice.
- Blend until smooth and pour into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge, a maraschino cherry and a mint sprig.
