Ingredients

3/4 ozGin
1 ozLillet rouge
1 ozGentian liqueur
1/2 ozLemon juice
1 ozSparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Chill a wine glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except the sparkling wine to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with sparkling wine.
  6. Garnish with a lemon peel twist and an amarena cherry.
