Ingredients

1 1/2 ozOude genever
2 dashMaraschino liqueur
1 ozLemon juice
1/2 ozBrown simple syrup
to topClub soda

Instructions

  1. Chill a wine glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except the club soda to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with club soda and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
