Ingredients

1 ozWhite rum
1 ozBianco vermouth
12 pieceMint leaves
3/4 ozLime juice
3 pieceLime wedge
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
to topSparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Muddle mint leaves in the bottom of a collins glass.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients except the sparkling wine to the glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled.
  4. Top with sparkling wine and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wheel.
