1 ozWhite rum
1 ozBianco vermouth
12 pieceMint leaves
3/4 ozLime juice
3 pieceLime wedge
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
to topSparkling wine
Instructions
- Muddle mint leaves in the bottom of a collins glass.
- Add all remaining ingredients except the sparkling wine to the glass.
- Add ice and stir until well chilled.
- Top with sparkling wine and stir gently.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wheel.
