3 ozCoffee
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
1 ozCream

Instructions

  1. Warm an Irish coffee glass with hot water, then discard the water.
  2. Add hot coffee, Irish whiskey, and simple syrup (2:1), then stir until well combined.
  3. Float lightly whipped cream on top.
