Ingredients

1 ozWhite rum
1 ozFino sherry
1 ozPineapple juice
1/2 ozFalernum liqueur
1/4 ozCoconut cream

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with either a pineapple wedge or a lime wedge.
