Ingredients

1 1/2 ozBrandy
1/2 barspoonMaraschino liqueur
1 dashAbsinthe
1 twistLemon zest oils
1 barspoonGomme syrup
2 dashBoker's bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a nick & Nora glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon peel twist.
