Ingredients

1 ozDry vermouth
2 ozBirch eau-de-vie
1 dashLemon bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a kalamata olive and a rosemary sprig.
