Ingredients

1/2 ozMezcal
3/4 ozWhite Crème de menthe
3/4 ozWhite crème de cacao
1/4 ozMint Fernet Amaro
1 barspoonAbsinthe
1 1/4 ozCream

Instructions

  1. Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with a grated chocolate and a mint sprig.
